VETCO Contracting Services is a service-disabled veteran owned small business SDVOB providing a diversity of management and technical skills capable of producing an array of products and services. We continue to hone our skills in government operations which make us uniquely qualified for new construction, sustainment and support services to Federal, State, and Local government agencies.
VETCO Contracting Services, LLC was established in 2004 as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and as a Hub Zone Contractor certified by the Small Business Administration. Our emphasis has been almost exclusively as a Design-Build contractor for projects issued by the US Army Corps of Engineers.
Projects completed or on-going have included an Aviation Maintenance Support Facility ($8.1M), Child Development Facility ($6.2M), Explosive Ordnance Facility consisting of a Company Operations Facility, Battalion Headquarters and a Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility ($12.9M), Warrior-In-Transition Barracks ($5.8M), In-door Small Arms Range($6.8M), and a Army Reserve Training Center ($15.5M) . The aforementioned projects have all been on Ft. Drum, NY. Simultaneously we have undertaken or completed a barracks project at Ft. Lee, VA ($6.9M) and a large Child Development Center at Ft. Belvoir, VA ($10.4M).
VETCO serves as the Construction Manager/ Prime Contractor on these projects and performs up to 25% of the work with our in-house workforce. All management, quality control, safety and superintendence of subcontractors are performed by VETCO fulltime management. VETCO maintains an in-house multi-disciplined labor force that allows to self perform almost any type of construction to include but not limited to Site work, Site utilities and general building construction scopes of work.
